SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN BILLING

Due to online credit card fraud, all orders must be shipped to the exact same billing address. All billing addresses MUST match the address on file with the card issuing bank. We use very stringent AVS (Address Verification System) settings and inconsistencies of any kind will result in the transaction being terminated.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Mail/Postal Forwarding Companies, Proxy Services/Agents or suspicious addresses of any kind. We manually pre-screen all transactions and any orders placed using these will be automatically cancelled without notice and any indication of fraudulent intent will be forwarded to the proper banks and authorities. Note: Mail Fraud is a Federal crime!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground and the cost is determined by weight. The actual amount will be displayed during checkout. Insurance is included.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email as confirmation that includes a UPS tracking number. All shipments require an adult signature by recipient upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship to the following countries: U.S., U.K., Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and United Arab Emirates.

International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International. All costs are determined by weight/country. The actual amount will be displayed during checkout. All duties related to Customs/VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on most products unless indicated otherwise on the product page itself and if all conditions outlined below are met.

All returns/exchanges MUST be processed within our mandatory 7 day time period. The return/exchange must be postmarked 7 days after item received. All returns must include a receipt and have no sign of wear.

Please note: All Sales Final on Sale Merchandise.

Not Returnable: Jewelry, Sunglasses, Undergarments, Swimwear, Vintage, Objects, Sale Items.

Your account and credit card will be credited accordingly. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

YOU MUST CONTACT US AT SALES@NEWHIGHMART.COM TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER TO AFFIX TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. Failure to do so will result in the item refused (return to sender). Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.

We will not accept items past this time period. No "store credit" will be given. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
